Dr. Sujay Pathak holds dual roles with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians as a primary care provider, and with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, as director of the Advanced Ambulatory Clerkship. This position places him squarely at the intersection of primary care theory and practice.

He brings both the theoretical expertise and the immense clinical resources of Johns Hopkins Medicine to the clinical care of individuals from all walks of life.
