James B. Harrison, Sr. (Founder/CEO) has 37 years of law enforcement experience and expertise, serving with various police agencies in the State of Maryland as a "Certified Police Officer" working in Uniform Patrol, Plainclothes Detective. Mr. Harrison was a "certified" Firearms and General Studies Instructor and Field Training Officer (FTO) training other Police Officers as mandated by Maryland's Police, Correctional Training Commission (MPCTC) for annual in-service training. Mr. Harrison has expertise and experience in the managing of security details for political dignitaries, corporate sponsors, celebrities in movies, videos, and music productions, and professional athletes. Mr. Harrison has planned and implemented a number of security and law enforcement programs throughout the Baltimore/Washington and Virginia metropolitan areas and has received over 30 commendations from its citizens and police agencies for his service to the community.
