  Mark A. Snyder

  Managing Partner

  Mark A. Snyder has assisted clients since 1976 and is admitted to practice in Maryland. He works in several areas, including workers' compensation, personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, criminal law, DUI, DWI, and traffic violations. He has received the Presidents Award and the Trustees Award from the Anne Arundel Bar Association and has been listed several times in Who's Who in American Law as well as the National Registry of Who's Who. Mr. Snyder is very active in various professional associations. He belongs to the Anne Arundel Bar Association and has served as President and on the Board of Trustees. He has also been active as a member of the Maryland State Bar Association's Board of Governors, the Maryland Trial Lawyer's Association Board of Governors, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the Board of Trustees of the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education for Lawyers. Mr. Snyder is involved in several organizations that focus on Maryland worker's compensation, including the Maryland Worker's Compensation Educational Association, in which he served as President in 2006, the Maryland Workers' Compensation Vocation Rehabilitation, and Fraud Committees, as well as other organizations furthering quality in the legal profession. Additionally, Mr. Snyder is active in the Anne Arundel County Community. Mr. Snyder earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.

  Bruce A. Eisenberg

  Bruce Alan Eisenberg has been an attorney since 1977 and has been a member of the firm since 1979. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Eisenberg assists clients with matters of workers' compensation, personal injury, injuries due to motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, criminal law, traffic violations, DUI, and DWI. Mr. Eisenberg earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.

  Alex S. Katzenberg III

  Managing Partner

  Alex S. Katzenberg has been a Maryland attorney since 1976, and has served as a Civil Mediator in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. . He represents clients in matters of workers' compensation, personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and traffic violations. Mr. Katzenberg has been a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, now Md. Association of Justice.. He served on the Workers' Compensation Commission Special Committee on Infectious Diseases in 2002, and he has been a speaker at the annual Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association Conference. Mr. Katzenberg was President of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association in 2016 and continues to serve on its Board. He was also named to the Maryland Super Lawyers' list beginning in 2017. He is an Auxiliary Firefighter for the Baltimore City Fire Department and was appointed Fire Commissioner for Baltimore City by Mayor Scott in 2022. Mr. Katzenberg earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. In 2022, Mr. Katzenberg became Of Counsel to the Firm, available for advice and consultation, as he moves away from the full-time practice of law.

  Attorney

  Thomas C. Newbrough, Jr., began his practice in 1983 and is admitted in the State of Maryland. Mr. Newbrough obtained his B.A. in Jurisprudence and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.   Henry J. Wegrocki

  Attorney

  Henry J. Wegrocki is admitted to practice in Maryland and has served clients' needs since 1983. He practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, criminal law, traffic violations, Drunk Driving Offense, and related litigation and appeals. The majority of his practice involves civil litigation in the District and Circuit Courts throughout the State of Maryland. Mr. Wegrocki earned his undergraduate’s degree in addition to his Law degree from the University of Baltimore. In the past Mr. Wegrocki has lectured extensively about his research involving the assassination of President Kennedy and, in fact, has been published regarding his studies. Mr. Wegrocki in the past served as attorney coach for Severna Park High School's Mock Trial team which ultimately went on to win the Maryland State Championship in 2006, 2008 and 2010. In his spare time he enjoys chess, tennis, playing the piano and various other keyboards. In fact Mr. Wegrocki is a member of a local part time classic rock band.   Stuart H. Arnovits

  Attorney

  Stuart H. Arnovits is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has been an attorney since 1985. His practice concentrates on personal injury cases in Central District and Circuit Courts of Maryland. In addition to his role as an attorney, Mr. Arnovits is an educator, having taught Torts & Litigation Process at Baltimore City Community College and Anne Arundel Community College. His work has been published in the University of Baltimore Law Review. Mr. Arnovits is a member of Maryland & D.C. bars, and Maryland Association for Justice.   Erin H. Snyder

  Attorney

  Erin Snyder is an experienced litigator and is licensed in the State of Maryland. Most of her practice focuses on criminal defense, traffic violations, automobile accidents, and workers compensation. Ms. Snyder has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland College Park and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Following law school Ms, Snyder served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Mulford, II in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and then became an Assistant State's Attorney in Anne Arundel County. As an Assistant State's Attorney, Ms, Snyder prosecuted hundreds of cases both in the District and Circuit Courts. Ms. Snyder is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the Maryland Association for Justice. In her spare time Ms. Snyder serves as an Attorney Coach for the State Championship Mock Trial Team at Severna Park High School.

  Brian D. Katzenberg

  Attorney

  Brian D. Katzenberg is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Katzenberg is dedicated to representing workers and individuals who have experienced injury on the job or elsewhere. Mr. Katzenberg represents individuals in matters regarding workers' compensation, automobile accidents, and personal injuries and minor criminal offenses. Mr. Katzenberg lives in Baltimore City with his wife and two daughters and is active in a range of pro-bono activities. He has chaired Courting Art Baltimore (www.courtingartbaltimore.com,) which is an art contest that installs student artwork in local courthouses and provides scholarships to the contest winners. He has served on various boards, including the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association (“MWCEA,”) Arts Every Day, and Baltimore Hebrew Congregation. As a member of MWCEA, Mr. Katzenberg has moderated seminars, including vocational rehabilitation, COVID-19, and work-related psychological injuries. He is also a member of the Box 414 Association, an organization that provides canteen services to the Baltimore City Fire Department and the Baltimore City Police Department. Mr. Katzenberg graduated from the University of Virginia and majored in American Studies. While in the American Studies program he concentrated his research on the American Labor Movement and United States industrial relations. Mr. Katzenberg earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland, School of Law. While at the University of Maryland, Mr. Katzenberg participated in the Workers' Rights Clinic and received the Ward Kershaw Prize for outstanding work in class-action litigation.

  James K. MacAlister

  Attorney

  James K. MacAlister is admitted to practice before Maryland’s state and Federal Courts. He is a trial lawyer who handles hearings at the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, and jury trials of appeals taken from Commission decisions. He also tries District Court trials and Circuit Court jury trials for clients injured by the negligence of others. Lastly, he has handled appeals in all of Maryland’s appellate Courts, including the Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. MacAlister earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from University of Baltimore School of law in 1984. After clerking for an appellate judge, he worked for firms that defended personal injury claims until 1989. Since 1990, he was represented workers injured on the job or suffer occupational diseases. He also represented personal injury plaintiffs, including people hurt in car accidents or as a result of injuries that occurred on another’s property.
