Mr. Snyder is very active in various professional associations. He belongs to the Anne Arundel Bar Association and has served as President and on the Board of Trustees. He has also been active as a member of the Maryland State Bar Association's Board of Governors, the Maryland Trial Lawyer's Association Board of Governors, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the Board of Trustees of the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education for Lawyers. Mr. Snyder is involved in several organizations that focus on Maryland worker's compensation, including the Maryland Worker's Compensation Educational Association, in which he served as President in 2006, the Maryland Workers' Compensation Vocation Rehabilitation, and Fraud Committees, as well as other organizations furthering quality in the legal profession. Additionally, Mr. Snyder is active in the Anne Arundel County Community.   • Bruce A. Eisenberg

    Bruce Alan Eisenberg has been an attorney since 1977 and has been a member of the firm since 1979. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.     Alex S. Katzenberg has been a Maryland attorney since 1976, and has served as a Civil Mediator in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. . He represents clients in matters of workers' compensation, personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and traffic violations. Mr. Katzenberg has been a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, now Md. Association of Justice.. He served on the Workers' Compensation Commission Special Committee on Infectious Diseases in 2002, and he has been a speaker at the annual Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association Conference. Mr. Katzenberg was President of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association in 2016 and continues to serve on its Board. He was also named to the Maryland Super Lawyers' list beginning in 2017. He is an Auxiliary Firefighter for the Baltimore City Fire Department and was appointed Fire Commissioner for Baltimore City by Mayor Scott in 2022.     Erin Snyder is an experienced litigator and is licensed in the State of Maryland. Most of her practice focuses on criminal defense, traffic violations, automobile accidents, and workers compensation. Ms. Snyder has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland College Park and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Following law school Ms, Snyder served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Mulford, II in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and then became an Assistant State's Attorney in Anne Arundel County. As an Assistant State's Attorney, Ms, Snyder prosecuted hundreds of cases both in the District and Circuit Courts.     Brian D. Katzenberg is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.   • James K. MacAlister

    Attorney

    James K. MacAlister is admitted to practice before Maryland’s state and Federal Courts. He is a trial lawyer who handles hearings at the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, and jury trials of appeals taken from Commission decisions. He also tries District Court trials and Circuit Court jury trials for clients injured by the negligence of others. Lastly, he has handled appeals in all of Maryland’s appellate Courts, including the Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
