Spiritual and meditation counseling and guide by phone or email. We are all designed to overcome any challenge that comes our way. It's just that sometimes, we feel a bit overwhelmed by so many things happening at the same time that we need to step back, breathe, and be reminded that you can conquer anything you set your mind to. Everyone goes through some really tough times in their life. People go through physical challenges, health problems, relationship issues, career setbacks, and others, while some are at a crossroads in their life, and need proper guidance and sound advice to help them make the best decision given their current situation. If you're at a point in your life where it seems as though you can't see the silver lining, or are looking for answers, you couldn't have come to a better place! By providing personalized spiritual counseling, I make a genuine effort to truly understand your whole situation before giving advice on what needs to be done to improve it. I knew there and then that I needed to share this knowledge with others to help them overcome whatever's bothering them and hindering their happiness and success in various aspects of their life.

About Us
Essence of Life is the nature of its core. We provide Spiritual Consultation, learning how to meditate, and assist in guidance. We will also consult in everyday life to make our clients feel family structured. Essence of Life, LLC was started in June 2002, when I decided that I should take what my handcraft and also enjoy the business of helping others. I use my spiritual name, Shaloh, when I am involved in my spiritual work. Friends and family have always come to me for advice. I have always made myself available to help anyone who needs guidance or advice, especially those who need urgent help. Throughout the years, I have helped lots of folks get over their troubles through sound advice; however, it was not so long ago when I myself went through tough times as well. During those times, I felt like what most people feel when facing big problems - there's confusion, fear, anger, uncertainty, and other negative feelings that kept me from seeing things clearly and making the best decisions. However, I did not give up in my quest to find the answers I needed. I tried lots of things to help me through, but it was not until I started doing mediation and taking spiritual baths along with candles that I began to feel lighter and less stressed. I was able to better appreciate myself and understand my situation, which led me to finding the right actions to solving my problems. I have included meditation and spiritual baths in delivering honest, effective, spiritual consultation by phone, email, and text; so that when you come to me for guidance and advice, it's not just your physical and mental challenges that get addressed, but your spiritual cleansing needs as well.
