Learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, creative, safe atmosphere from an IBJJF Masters World Champion! Our method stems from Seiryoku Zenyo - the central idea behind Judo emphasized by founder Jigoro Kano. Simply translated, it means "maximium efficiency, minimal effort." We combine this precept with movement lessons based around Judo instructor Moshe Feldenkrais' method to teach a way of jiu jitsu that is smooth, structurally sound, efficient and that creates good use -- zenyo -- on and off the mat.
