Mr. Katz is Chairman of the Personal Injury Group. Since joining Gordon, Feinblatt in 1982, Mr. Katz has concentrated his practice in the handling of personal injury claims, primarily plaintiff. His areas of practice include all areas of tort claims and litigation, including auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, air crash accidents, injury claims arising under maritime and admiralty jurisdiction, and worker's compensation. He received his J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1973. He was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 1973, the Maryland Bar in 1977 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia and Maryland. He was a trial attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Chief Counsel from 1973 to 1974 where he handled air safety matters, and was with the Department of Justice, Civil Division, Torts Section as a trial attorney from 1974 to 1976. At the Justice Department, he received merit awards each year for his success as a trial attorney defending the United States in complex, wrongful death cases involving up to 125 fatalities from a single accident. Thereafter, Mr. Katz was Counsel to The Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Maryland where he handled personal injury defense litigation. Mr. Katz has served as a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Committees on Medical-Legal Issues and Worker’s Compensation; the Products Liability Subcommittee of the Baltimore City Bar Association; Membership Committee and in 2003, he became a member of the Eagles Club at the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ). He also has co-authored a chapter entitled "How to Handle an Indoor Air Pollution Case" published in A Guide to Toxic Torts, by Matthew Bender & Co. Further, Mr. Katz has been asked to lecture at various seminars in his area of expertise. He became a Founder of the Maryland Association for Justice many years ago and he is a Sustaining Member of the American Association for Justice. He has presented numerous programs for the National Business Institute on Evidence in Trial Practice. Mr. Katz has 35 years of legal experience; he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; and became a member of the Outstanding Lawyers of America in 2003. His practice has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients over the last three decades.

Timothy J. Capurso is a member in the Personal Injury Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on personal injury cases of all types, focusing on automobile accidents. His background includes litigating Personal Injury cases from inception through trial and settlement negotiations. Tim is admitted to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has extensive experience litigating cases in the Maryland District Courts as well as the Circuit and Appellate Courts of Maryland. Tim is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Christine Lee is a Member in the Personal Injury Group. She has been with Gordon Feinblatt since 1996, including working as a Summer Associate in 2000. She focuses her practice on handling various types of personal injury cases from initial client interview to settlement. Christine is fluent in Korean. Christine received her B.A. degree, with a concentration in Asian American Studies, from Cornell University and her J.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maryland. Michael Ziccardi is an Associate in the Personal Injury Practice Group and was a member of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group for more than four years. He focuses his practice on personal injury matters and has experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. His diverse practice is exemplified by his pursuit and defense of a number of actions on behalf of both corporate and individual clients. Michael frequently appears before the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Michael is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability incidents, pool drownings, and dog bites. He has won numerous personal injury trials on behalf of plaintiffs in District Courts across Maryland. In addition, he has experience defending corporate defendants in matters involving a wide variety of claims, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Maryland Debt Collection Practices Act, the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, malicious use of process, breach of contract, conversion, violations of restrictive covenants, and invasion of privacy. Michael’s most recent achievements include the following: *Defense verdict on a $100,000.00 breach of contact claim against a corporate defendant in a trial in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County; *Defeating a motion for summary judgment filed by a defendant county government in a pool drowning case in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County; *Dismissal of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Maryland Debt Collection Practices Act claims against a corporate defendant in an action filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Michael received his J.D. degree, cum laude, at the University of Baltimore School of Law in May 2008, where he was Managing Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and Captain of the AAJ Trial Team. Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Michael worked as a judicial clerk with the Honorable Paul W. Grimm of the U. S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Kaye A. Allison for the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Michael has served as the co-coach to the AAJ Trial Team and the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Moot Court Team at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He also frequently appears as a guest judge for the Byron L. Warnken Consolidated Moot Court Competition and the National Moot Court Competition.

Justin Katz is an Associate in the Personal Injury Practice Group. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Justin focuses his practice in the litigation, mediation, arbitration and resolution of a wide array of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions and automobile negligence claims, bus and trucking accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, wrongful death actions, traumatic brain injuries, workers' compensation claims and first-and third-party bad faith claims. Justin received his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He has appeared on behalf of clients throughout the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the United States District Court for the State of Maryland and the General District Courts in Virginia. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County (MD) Bar Association, the Prince George’s County (MD) Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association and the Fairfax Virginia Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Maryland Association for Justice, a Plaintiff's advocacy organization in Maryland. Allan is an Associate in the Personal Injury Practice Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While in law school, Allan was a member of the Civil Justice Clinic and served as President of the Latino American Law Student Association. Allan also served as an Associate Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. Allan works with both personal injury cases and worker’s compensation cases. He enjoys his role as an advocate and litigator who ensures that clients are fairly compensated for damages, pain, suffering, and losses that result from traumatic accidents caused by the negligence of others. Allan focuses his practice on clients who have suffered losses in Virginia, including Fairfax County, Arlington, Prince William, Loudoun, and the City of Alexandria. Prior to law school, Allan worked for three years as a compliance specialist advising international companies on compliance with regulations from the FDA, USDA, and other government agencies. Allan is licensed in Virginia. He is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
