Dr. Elisabeth "Betsy" Richard is an assistant professor of dermatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include both general dermatology as well as medical dermatology, specializing in phototherapy and photomedicine.Dr. Richard received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont. She earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center and a residency in dermatology at Johns Hopkins.
