Lillian Chen, M.D., M.P.H. is an assistant professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. Her areas of clinical expertise include general gynecology and obstetrics, contraception for patients with medically complex cases and perinatal mood disorders. Dr. Chen received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. Her advanced degrees include a doctorate in medicine from the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University and a Master of Public Health from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Dr. Chen completed both an internship and her residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Her research interests include medical education, general gynecology and obstetrics, simulation and contraception.
