Dr. Gerstenblith is an Assistant Professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His areas of clinical expertise includes consultation-liaison psychiatry, critical illness psychiatry, transplant psychiatry, the bi-directional relationship between psychiatric illness and medical conditions, and medical student / resident education. Dr. Gerstenblith earned his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. He completed a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
