    Dr. Dyalram is currently an Associate Professor and Associate Program Director in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She attended New York University College of Arts and Science for her undergraduate degree. She then obtained her Dental Degree from New York University College of Dentistry and her Medical Degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. At the completion of Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center/ Kings County Hospital Center in NYC, she left her home town, to pursue fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at the University of Maryland Medical Center with Dr. Robert Ord and Dr. Joshua Lubek. Here she received training and mentorship in surgical excellence that was second to none. Following these two years of fellowship training she accepted an academic positing at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Since this time she has remained at the University of Maryland and she is presently the Associate Program director of the OMFS residency training program. The outstanding oral Maxillofacial Surgical Residency program at the University of Maryland trains 16 individuals. She is one of the core faculty in the Head and Neck Oncology / Microvascular Reconstruction fellowship training program. Here she trains two fellows in ablative techniques and microvascular reconstruction. She is also course director and faculty advisor to students at the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Dyalram had been the awarded the prestigious Faculty Educator Development Award by the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation. This echoes her commitment as an educator to student, resident and fellows. Dr. Dyalram is a board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. She is a member of the Face Transplant Team at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Dyalram maintains a clinical interest in tumors of the jaw, benign and malignant; squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, salivary gland tumors, osteoradionecrosis and medication related osteonecrosis of the jaw, head and neck reconstruction, robotic surgery and trigeminal nerve repair.

    Dr. Joshua Lubek was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, Michigan and his dental degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada. He completed both a General Surgery internship and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Lubek subsequently completed a 2-year Head and Neck Surgery/Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center, Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Lubek is currently a Professor and fellowship director of the Oral-Head & Neck Oncology/Microvascular Surgery program in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland. He is actively involved in the training of surgical fellows, residents, dental students and medical students. Dr. Lubek is involved with research in the areas of Head and Neck Cancer as well as Microvascular Surgery and continues to publish and lecture (nationally and internationally) on these subjects. Dr. Lubek also serves as the director for Oral & Maxillofacial Hospital Services at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Lubek’s clinical interests are focused on Head and Neck Surgery (malignant and benign tumors including salivary gland and thyroid pathology), Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery, Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS) and Maxillofacial Trauma Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Lubek is board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

    Dr. Wilken is a member of the University of Maryland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department where he is actively involved in the surgical training of residents and students. He is a New Jersey native but obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Following completion of his undergraduate studies, he subsequently moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he completed the remainder of his training. Dr. Wilken’s clinical interests include orthognathic surgery, treatment of benign pathology, dentoalveolar procedures, and maxillofacial trauma reconstruction.

    Dr. Cameron Lee is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon whose practice focuses on patients with head and neck pathology. He has clinical expertise managing benign and malignant head and neck lesions with a specific interest in cancers of the oral cavity, oropharynx, skin, and salivary glands. He also has extensive experience in head and neck reconstructive surgery, trigeminal and lingual nerve repair, and maxillofacial trauma. Professional and Academic Work Includes: Dr. Lee earned his dental degree with honors from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He went on to receive his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Lee subsequently pursued fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. During his training, Dr. Lee was the recipient of numerous teaching and research awards, including the Dr. David Stanton Award which is given to a single trainee in the country for outstanding scientific contributions to the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Lee is currently Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where he is responsible for training and mentoring students, residents, and fellows. His research focuses on clinical outcomes in patients with head and neck cancer and have amounted to over 50 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, or articles.
